Winter sports insurance
This is the only aspect not included in the cost, because it is often less expensive to arrange your insurance through your own Education Authority. We are, however, more than happy to take out insurance for you, prices are available on request.

Financial security
Total financial security, both a legal and an essential requirement for all party leaders, is guaranteed with the Department of Trade and Industry - approved International Passenger Protection Scheme for all European destinations. On receipt of your deposit, each member of your group is issued with a certificate which gives instant cover should the company suffer financial failure.

Transport
All transport requirements will be supplied by S.E.T. Transport Ltd. Eurotunnel / Ferry crossings will be between Folkestone / Dover and Calais by either P & O, Sea France or Eurotunnel.

S.E.T. Transport will use a variety of coach operators and the relevant carrier will be disclosed on your documentation. S.E.T. Transport reserve the right to substitute the carrier if necessary. When we have confirmed your booking, a contract exists under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all services described in our invoice.
