This also applies to sensitive information such as details of any medical, dietary or religious requirements. By making a booking with Sport & Educational Travel Ltd you are consenting to this information being passed on where appropriate. If we cannot pass these details on then we may not be able to fulfil your booking.
Certain information may also be provided to authorities such as customs / immigrations if
required by them or by law.
Please note we will never pass any of your information on to third parties for marketing or
similar purposes.
Retention Schedule
Sport & Educational Travel Ltd do not hold data for any longer than is necessary and below
is the Retention Schedule that we follow:
Party leader school contact details – are kept & updated annually unless they
request their removal
Trip participant details – are kept for 3 years following the trip, in case of any
claims / insurance claims or general queries / enquiries
General trip correspondence – held for 3 years as above
Employee details – are maintained and updated annually
Invoices – held for 5 years
Trip report forms & evaluation sheets – held for 5 years

Sport & Educational Travel Ltd uses third party links on our website. Please note we do not
control these websites and are not responsible for their privacy statement. When you leave
our website, we encourage you to check the individual privacy policies on each website.
